About the ŞARJPARK Membership Agreement

ŞARJPARK is a charging network operator that establishes and manages charging stations for electric vehicles within the borders of the Republic of Turkey, under its license obtained in accordance with the Charging Service Regulation (“Regulation”) published in the Official Gazette dated April 2, 2022 and numbered 31797.

This Membership Agreement, concluded for the purpose of providing electric vehicle users with charging services with certain advantages, is of the same nature as the “Loyalty Agreement” regulated in Article 29 of the Regulation. The company reserves the right to make changes within the scope of the loyalty agreement in accordance with the Charging Service Regulations.

2. Entry into Force of the Agreement

Membership applications are made only through the ŞARJPARK mobile application. ŞARJPARK's website, https://sarjpark.istanbul, is for informational purposes only; membership transactions are not conducted there. By completing the membership application steps on the mobile application, checking the "I accept the Membership Agreement" box, and clicking the final confirmation button, the Member is deemed to have submitted the membership application and accepted all provisions of this Preliminary Information Form and the Membership Agreement.

3. Term of the Agreement

The membership agreement is in effect indefinitely. Either ŞARJPARK or the Member may terminate the membership at any time.

4. Basic Features of the Service

ŞARJPARK offers Members the ability to charge their electric vehicles via its own charging network. When receiving the service, the Member may use the ŞARJPARK mobile app or other methods that ŞARJPARK may offer in the future.

5 Tariffs and Payment Systems

1. Charging service unit prices and potential discount rates are published on the ŞARJPARK website and mobile app.
2. ŞARJPARK reserves the right to update unit prices and discount rates unilaterally.
3. Service fee = unit price in TL/kWh (including taxes) × the amount of kWh transferred to the vehicle.
4. If more than one payment system is offered, the Member is free to choose the system of their choice.
5. When using a credit/debit card, payment is collected through a third-party payment institution.

6 Request and Complaints

The Member may submit their requests and complaints to ŞARJPARK using any of the communication channels specified above.

7 Right of Withdrawal and Termination

• Withdrawal: If the Member has not yet used the service within 14 days from the effective date of the contract, they may withdraw from the contract by submitting the attached Withdrawal Form or written statement to ŞARJPARK.
• Member's right of termination: After the 14-day period, the Member may terminate their membership at any time and without justification, provided that they pay their outstanding debts to ŞARJPARK.
• ŞARJPARK's right of termination: ŞARJPARK may terminate their membership at any time and without justification, without justification and without compensation. may terminate membership.

8 Dispute Resolution

• For Non-Consumer Members: Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
• For Consumer Members: According to Law No. 6502, depending on the amount of the dispute, the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in the Member's place of residence may decide.

9 Final Provisions

This Preliminary Information Form is an integral part of the Membership Agreement. Changes to the information in the form will become effective as soon as they are announced on ŞARJPARK's website or mobile application.
