Istanbul Energy continues to strengthen its collaborations with local governments, academic institutions, and industry representatives within the scope of sustainable energy transformation and environmentally friendly projects. In this regard, work continues within the framework of the "Energy Investments, Management, and Education Activities Collaboration Protocol," signed with Altınbaş University two years ago. To emphasize the continuity of this collaboration, a visit to Altınbaş University was made in collaboration with the Çatalca Municipality.
During the visit, Altınbaş University Board of Trustees Chairman İmam Altınbaş, General Secretary Selçuk Uysaler, Çatalca Mayor Erhan Güzel, and Istanbul Energy General Manager Dr. Yüksel Yalçın met. The meeting addressed energy efficiency, food security, agriculture, and livestock farming within the framework of sustainable local governance. Mr. İmam Altınbaş shared his assessment of the university's sectoral integration process and joint projects to be developed with local governments.
The program concluded with a tour of the university campus. As Istanbul Energy, we extend our gratitude to the Altınbaş University Board of Trustees for hosting this meaningful gathering, the Mayor of Çatalca for his contributions, and all the participants. Our institutional collaborations will continue with determination to contribute to Istanbul's clean energy transformation.
